Welcome to MinibraeDogStayz.

Here we offer a superior 'non kennel' boarding service for your special four legged friends that deserve the best of care in the best of comfort. We do things differently here - no kennels, no fear, no darkness, no noisy neighbours. It really can be an upsetting experience for your four legged friends to be left in kennels with limited human interaction.
Here the dogs stay inside with the family, needless to say, your pet needs to be already house trained.
Crating inside overnight allows everyone, including us, to have a good nights sleep. It is a good idea to have your pet crate trained prior to arrival and there are many methods of how to achieve this. There are many examples online and for the RSPCA method click here.​​
Premium Kibble rotationally used is fed at Minibrae, such at Taste of the Wild, Petzyo and Healthy Everyday Pets. Just because a kibble is so called premium or vet endorsed doesn't mean it is good. Kibbles can not only be unhealthy for your pet, some can be deadly. What you save on a cheap kibble you will pay in vet bills! PLEASE NOTE: Newmans Road CANNOT be accessed from the A1.
Minibrae is situated on a mostly unsealed road six kilometers off the Old Pacific Hwy, now called Wootton Way. It varies from flat to hilly but is easily navigated. The driveway has a thirty metre moderately steep section off the road. Google Maps is a great way of looking at the terrain. For those who do not wish to drive their vehicles on this type of road or if you are towing we offer a pick up/drop off service or I can meet you up on road just past 589 Newmans Road where there is ample room to turn around.

BOARDING
Our boarding facilities are suited to those wanting one on one care and plenty of play interaction plus physical and mental stimulation. The benefit of such things makes for a happy stay for the pet and peace of mind for the owner. Please take into consideration that pets do interact both indoors and outdoors so need to be well socialized and friendly to dogs and people.

Special needs rates are not charged just because you have a senior dog. SN Fees are only charged where constant extra attention is required as a matter of course for age, illness, personality or injury.

With over 30 years professional grooming experience, Jenni will be able to transfer your furbaby into a furmodel, all clips and all breeds catered for. All services include bathing and nails.

Basic Obedience Training is offered whilst your dog is boarding with us. They will learn to sit, stay, drop, come and heal on command and you will be given a lesson on how to accomplish this before you go home.

$30 per 30 minutes (1 session)
We are in the pristine Wootton Valley of the Mid North Coast of NSW. There is a huge grassy well fenced yard but we do offer on leash walking as well. Our country lanes are beyond quiet and are a wonderful adventure for walks.

WOOTTON
A township within the local government area of Great Lakes Council in the Mid North Coast Region of New South Wales, Wootton is located 10 kilometres north of Bulahdelah, 26.4 kilometres south of Nabiac, 10.7 kilometres northwest of Topi Topi and 257 kilometres northeast of the state capital of Sydney. The small town is perched on a hilltop overlooking equestrian enterprises, cattle farms and state forest and national park grounds. The Pacific Highway passes through the town's eastern half, while the Coolongolook River snakes through the eastern side and intersects with Wootton Way, where the main township is situated. The town is often visited for a number of attractions within and around it, such as the Grandis Tallest Tree in New South Wales, O'Sullivans Gap Flora Reserve and the Wootton Historical Railway Walk in the Wang Wauk State Forest.
